On May 11, 2026, the Diluv Hutugthu Foundation (DHF) and the American Center for Mongolian Studies (ACMS) signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Mongolian National Broadcaster (MNB).

This strategic partnership aims to uncover, digitize, and bring to light rare archival materials, confidential records, personal letters, and visual histories that document the profound life and international diplomatic legacy of the Diluv Khutughtu Jamsranjab and his lifelong friend, Owen Lattimore.

Under this cooperation, MNB plans to grant the public unprecedented access to these historical narratives by producing a comprehensive documentary series. As highlighted by Gerel Gankhuyag, Director General of MNB, the project will meticulously trace the Diluv Khutughtu's tireless efforts in defending Mongolia’s independence, sovereignty, and unity on the global stage, including his pivotal diplomatic representations during Mongolia's path to United Nations membership. Beyond broadcasting, this collaborative initiative ensures that these invaluable recordings and historical assets are permanently preserved within the MNB national archives for future generations of researchers and the public alike.
